Review of Prop 8 Today

A friend mentioned that the California Supreme Court's review of Prop 8 will be streaming on the internet at 10am this morning. I really hope that the courts realize the injustice of Prop 8 and overturn it. Denying people the legal rights that come along with a marriage license because they have the same sex organs as their partner is absolute discrimination. If two people in a committed relationship want to pledge to spend the rest of their lives together, then the states should respect that by recognizing their rights as a married couple.
