Baja Sauce Was A Success!

The recipe for the homemade Taco Bell baja sauce was pretty successful. I didn't have red peppers, so I substituted yellow peppers and it worked just fine. Next time I'll likely use onion powder since the red onions I put in kicked my stomach too hard. We put the sauce on some fish burritos (we couldn't find flour tortillas small enough for fish tacos) and crunched away. It turned out pretty darned tasty. The Boyfriend even put it on his hotdog for lunch the next day with some other fixin's and said it was still good. Below are pics and the recipe courtesy of recipezaar (recipe number 37352).

Ingredients

* 1/4 of a red bell pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
* 1 large jalapeno, chopped in half
* 2 tablespoons diced Spanish onions
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon vinegar
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 dash garlic powder
* 1 dash cumin

Preparation
1. Using a food processor, puree peppers and onion.
2. Mix 1 cup mayo and 4 teaspoons of the vegetable purée in a bowl.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Chill for several hours to blend flavors.

And here's the funny part:
